That door was busted open with one kick, a woman of ninety could have forced it open. Here in the UK (I imagine it’s the same across the pond) the police use a battering ram and it usually takes two or three hard whacks. Most doors wouldn’t open with one kick. The door must have been knackered to start with.

If Corporal Peter MacDonald was not there unlawfully then neither were the other two officers because the Corporal is their superior and they and they were acting under his lawful direction & in partner with him which they are bound to do after they sore their oath of allegiance to the RCMP. (Watson v Johnson).
The health and safety rules also state that the officer must not be alone when confronting a violent criminal and child predator like Yaniv, he has convictions for possessing deadly weapons and charges pending for very very serious assaults that were caught fully on video. This means that the officers have a duty of care to each other when approaching Yaniv & must approach him with caution and in numbers, I mean he’s a fucking huge, deep-voiced, obese motherfucker of a man and very masculine and aggressive for a teen girl, ha ha ha, so he is dead in the water.
The officers were acting in the execution of their duty and if they didn’t save Yaniv for the thirty third time in two weeks he would have sued them for that anyway, they are fucked whichever way they go but fucking great work doing about $1500 damage to his door, which they are not legally liable for (Smythe v. So, Jonny calls 911 again, but says he didn’t. There was an “error in communication”. They come in, knock, get no answer, so they have to force their way in and he throws a temper tantrum and says he’s going to charge them with charges that really don’t fit the scenario.
First off, do the police/fire/emt not have to be buzzed into that building? And if they do, would they not have talked to tubby before being buzzed in? I may be wrong and missed something. But this has a set up written ALL over it. He got pissed off with the letter he got, called them,again, just to be an asshole. Buzzed them in and then refused to open the door. So they kicked it in.
And if there was an “error in communication” that would mean he did call them. He really needs to get his story straight.
