I would be shocked if they do anything to him at all. The courts and crown have had proof of his fraud, vexatious litigation, use of courts for intimidation and abuse, pedophilia, abuse of services, and manufacturing fake evidence for over a year and won’t do anything. If they were wise to him why did Judge Hamilton ensure that the weapons prohibition condition of his probation was dropped last month? Why would they continue to waive his filing fees? Why does his case not get thrown out when he no shows at a court date like it would for anyone else? Why do they never make him pay costs to the victims of his vexatious and abusive litigation? Why is he allowed to file private prosecutions and create criminal records for anyone who falls into his sites? Why does the crown not charge him for his many crimes including assault? Why does RCMP allow him to doxx one of their own without consequences?
Jonathan and Miriam Yaniv are protected by someone very high up and as they continue to escalate and create more victims and progress to more extreme violence the blood will be on the protector’s hands. This person or group of people must be found and held accountable.
There is just no way JY would be able to get away with all of this without protection, especially doxxing a mounty and his family. The RCMP usually protects their own, and if they’re not there’s a reason, likely coming from higher up the chain of command. Think about it, Jonathan Yaniv was able to use the RCMP, Crown, and Judge Hamilton’s Court to imprison a mentally disabled man for two months and their have been and will be no negative consequences to JY or anyone else for walking on that man’s rights. He is a very protected individual. JY is a complete menace and we can only hope that his lack of hygiene leads to his infected wound becoming toxic.
This sounds like the beginning of being declared a vexatious litigant. Judicial review before accepting?

We all know he’s not going to win ANY of his upcoming court cases, especially the ones he files.
He recently lost to Donald, so he will at a minimum will have to pay his court costs. He’ll lost the amy hamm case and will likely have to pay for that one too, along with the rebel media case.
Jon won’t be able to weaponize the court system anymore, they have caught in to him. He might have made a life out of grifting if he did it every so often but he got greedy and when it became public knowledge, his way of life ended at that point.
He went from being protected of sorts by law enforcement mainly due to his manipulation. The funny thing is, that Donald has a case against the RCMP for wrongful imprisonment. He can sue them and get that payday that Yaniv was looking for. The story with how Jon was able to manipulate law enforcement to get Donald arrested is going to be a bigger story in the end than most of Jon’s antics. That was a complete breakdown with a police Investigation and someone suffered the consequences.
Jon set himself up for failure, we can sit back and watch it all play out. We still don’t know how the Investigation is to his online habits with sexually talking to minors. That could be the golden egg that ends the jonathan Yaniv saga.
The proper authorities have had documentation of he and Miriam’s fraud, cyber pedophilia, and abuse of services for at least 18 months. He is completely protected by the system. Judge Hamilton has all the evidence but still ordered the weapons prohibition condition lifted from his probation for illegal weapons possession. He is protected and even encouraged to hassle and abuse everyone who is unfortunate enough to interact with him and he goes out of his way to stalk people. whoever is behind giving him immunity needs to be found and held accountable for this corruption and creation of victims.
As for talking to minors this won’t end well JV will face serious charges at some point or have to deal with some very angry parents.
There is no 100% certainty that Yaniv has had the surgery. A person seeing her ‘in the facility’ is not proof. Also, Yaniv has never been on hormones, or she would have been screaming that from the rooftops. Do you honestly think that Yaniv would not post about her surgery at every opportunity. She is remarkably quiet on social media. Even the photographs she has put up could be anything. I would be extremely surprised if Yaniv even was able to get through a psychological and psychiatric evaluation and would be shocked if Monsieur Brassard would have even considered surgery on this fruitloop.
