10:50 AM PST: BC CSO has been updated to show a scheduled arraignment hearing on Nov 6, 2020, an 9:00 AM.
Yaniv will enter a plea at the arraignment hearing. Presuming there is no change, Yaniv will plead not guilty and the case will go to a Provincial Court Trial. Yaniv may not be required to attend the arraignment hearing either. He may have the option to send Counsel or even file his plea using a consent arraignment form. MeowMix will keep you posted.
10:40 AM PST: Articling student was Natasha Brar. The next scheduled hearing for this is November 6, 2020. Note that Yaniv did not appear in court today. He was too busy cowering, much like yesterday.
10:35 AM PST: Jessica Yaniv Simpson’s apparently still has Andrew Coulthard on retainer. Coulthard sent an articling student to appear for Yaniv today and announce that Yaniv wants to proceed to trial for his assault charges against Keean Bexte.
Was I projecting or was there a concerted effort by the three honorables to present a “This Is A Perfectly Ordinary Matter” facade here today? “I shall not laugh. I shall not roll my eyes. I shall be ever so nonchalant.”
Did his honor think Natasha was Yaniv at first???? He says, “Miss Yaniv, your connection is poor” while looking at a very lovely, actual young women instead of the Surrey Stalker’s potato head.

He was clearly fucked either way, but he definitely made the wrong decision as far as this particular case is concerned.
I have to believe he’s going against the advice of counsel. I mean he’s on video chasing Keann down and punching him repeatedly. It’s a pretty solid case.
This is Yaniv and his delusional mind at its best. As said above the whole incident is on video, there is no chance of getting off it by pleading not guilty. When he loses, the penalties are greater by 20% if you plead not guilty and are then found guilty. If he gives evidence on ths stand and then claims he didn’t do it he will face a perjury charge. On top of this there will be huge costs. He’s not very bright in this instance for one who thought he could pass the bar exam. He must be ignoring the good advice of his lawyer.
Who in there right mind would belt somebody in front of a camera and then tell a bare faced lie to his lawyer and the courts and say he didn’t do it? We see him and his sock account “Yadira Weaver” constantly whinging about being bullied, but it seems when the boot is on the other foot that Yaniv thinks he should get special treatment.
Who would go to trial on very serious charges when there is a video.
