MeowMix announced last week that Jessica Yaniv Simpson, accused pedophile, withdrew the lawsuit jointly filed with his mother/sidekick against her strata.
On July 23, 2021, Serial Loser Yaniv also withdrew the lawsuit against his own strata, as we predicted he would.
It’s unlikely either strata will pursue costs. The only remaining court cases Yaniv has are:
- vs Rebel Media in BC Supreme.
- vs Amy Hamm in BC Supreme.
- vs the Township of Langley et al, which we believe may have been dismissed last week, but we are investigating.

This is ridiculous. Why aren’t they going for costs? That’s the only thing that’s going to stop him? Why does everyone just lay down and take his crap?
Can’t get blood from a stone. The Yaniv’s are either broke, or hiding their money well. Going after the former is usless, going after the latter is expensive and may well end up being they have nothing anyway and therefore also useless.
What I would like to see is an attempt to have him declared a vexatious litagent, one who abuses the court system for their own benefit and therefore has their access heavily restricted.
Even though the Yanivs withdrew their lawsuits and nothing was paid out, does the strata insurance still go up as they had to hire a law firm and file paperwork?
Imagine the outage if it did and the neighbours had to cough up more money next year for this trash. Who knows maybe “eggs and tomatoes” at their units will relieve some of the anger.

Hit him where it hurts and start making him pay or tell him to piss off and whenever he loses one of his ridiculious lawsuits, file costs against him. Absolutely correct. In the long run it is cheaper to go after costs–even if it ends up costing you more in fees than the costs you are seeking–than it is to encourage the notion that you are running a “free to play” lottery.
