ICYMI, Jessica Yaniv Simpson sued the aestheticians for $6,000 last month. These were the same three that he had to pay $6,000 to several months ago. His lawsuit alleges they harassed him and should be punished, and says they intentionally left a lien on his property.
As with everything Yaniv says, this was not the case.
The full document is available in the MeowMix library, but it basically denied every allegation Yaniv made and requests the case be dismissed with costs awarded to the aestheticians.

All of these defendants better be getting awarded costs in these cases. It’s not right that the court continues to let these nonsensical cases proceed and he has zero liability especially since he in the past has been getting all of his filing fees waived. Also, I noticed on some of his cases, even though he had a waiver he still wrapped the filing costs into his settlement ask. The most recent example is on the Choo’s.
He did pay the filing fees for the Choo case because by submitting a form that says he only makes $500 a month would contradict the claim he made $200 a day in that particular suit.
