This came in on the MeowMix tips line. I cannot corroborate the story in any way but it seems plausible. This is copy pasted without editing or correction:
On Sunday feb 21 at 1:30am Jessica called in a wellness check on her mother and aunt. 2 RCMP members attended and after several minutes of trying to access the building they finally made entrance and went upstairs to Miriam Yaniv’s apartment. Officers attempted to gain access to the apartment and confirm both parties were safe. At that point Mother Yaniv assaulted one of the officers by hitting him with the door. The officer then attempted to place Miriam under arrest. Miriam resisted and at the same time her sister interfered and punched the second officer in the face. Miriam was finally cuffed and taken down stairs. Miriam’s sister followed the group of officers and Miriam down stairs and into the parking lot. She was carrying a cane (not hers) and while officers were placing Miriam in the car, the sister struck multiple officers with the cane before being subdued and place in custody. The pair are now facing multiple counts of obstruction, assault, assault with a weapon and other possible charges. The photos and videos of the injuries of the two ladies are a direct result of their attack on RCPM officers. Charges will be laid and crown prosecutors will seek maximum sentences. Jessica may be safe for the moment however mom and aunt Yaniv are about to see the inside of a federal detention centre for a long time.

First, I’ll lay out what we know, and I’ll follow it with my theories.
Last night, Feb 24, 2021, Jessica Yaniv Simpson and Miriam Yaniv went on social media tirades about how an RCMP officer, Mike Gafka, allegedly abused senior citizens (Miriam and her sister Ilana Altman). Pics below.
Yaniv not only named the police officer, he posted his social media info, named his wife, and named his kids. JY and Miriam Yaniv both claimed that the officer abused the elderly women.

Now, here’s what I think happened. This is speculation, but I’ll explain my theory in detail.
I think Miriam and Jonny had another fight. They’ve been violent with each other in the past, even throwing punches in the lobby of a police station. I still think the reason the RCMP broke into his unit earlier this month was because Miriam called 911 for help and they later tried to cover it up. I explained it more in this article.
I think Ilana or Miriam called 911 and the police came. Once the Yaniv’s realized they were in trouble they tried to cancel the police but the police arrived and could see that there was trouble. Miriam and Ilana were bruised. I believe this happened from Jonny first.
The RCMP proceed to arrest at least the two elderly women, but probably also JY. Again, I’m speculating. You can see in the video that the RCMP are escorting someone out of the room (far left side) while another police officer attempts to arrest Miriam.
When Miriam realizes she’s being arrested she loses her temper (as usual) and turns to swing at the police officer. He calmly spins her back around and the video ends.
It’s very suspicious to me that Yaniv didn’t release the whole video. Convenient….
There are no charges yet on CSO, but these take time. Sometimes weeks or months, like they did with the assault, mischief, and threats charges.
Again, it’s all speculating, but I think this was a domestic violence case that the Yaniv’s are trying to spin into a police abuse case to support their other claims and lawsuits. If JY had video supporting their innocence he would post it. Instead he posted video showing the police being very restrained, his mom wigging out, and his aunt being escorted away.
Where’s the real proof Jon? Where’s the assault? To me, this reeks of Jonny and Miriam trying to oversell a police abuse story to convince people. They know they fucked up (the Yaniv’s did), so they’re taking time to make memes, post names, post pics on multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter), and sell a good story.
Truth doesn’t need to be sold. It speaks for itself. So why are the Yaniv’s putting so much work into this story?

They are putting so much work into selling this new narrative because they’re lying. Jon is well known for trying to set up situations where he can later claim the victim, so he could sue. We all know this, so does the RMCP. This is Jon’s endgame, grab the popcorn and watch it all play out.
Can we stop calling him a LGBTQ activist, that’s obviously just being used to help jon scam people.
His biggest fuck up is bringing the cops family into it.
It would not shock me if police take every complaint against him far more serious now then they have in the past.
My guess here would be, since the bruises are older then he’s letting on. After Friday’s court date, Jonny got pissed off because he couldn’t get Donald to retaliate against him, so he went home, got liquored up and knocked the shit out of his mom and aunt. Then, when the bruises set in, tried to pull this bullshit scam.
I am constantly shaking my head in disbelief at how stupid he is. And then to keep on doing it because he thinks he’s winning at these dumb games. Keep digging Jonny, YOU are the reason why everyone hates you.
I’ve heard them screaming at each other in JY’s condo. I have no doubt that they get physical with each other whenever things get stressful. Did you see how on edge Miriam was at court last week? JY’s rent a cop was there protecting donald from Miriam doing something stupid lol.
Although the stress may alter the taste, (nothing some oregano, honey/garlic glaze won’t cover) that deranged thing’s mom and aunt’s tenderizing, based off the pictures shown, saves me alot of work serving these lovely tender-licous pot roasts up this weekend.
It’s also well known that the liver, being my favorite, side served with some Goya fava beans and a nice chianti.

The Yaniv’s have CCTV in both their houses and they record everything 24/7. (I hope no visitor’s ever use the toilet in their houses) Johnny boy has released a clip lasting only a few seconds. Why? Because the full video would show that the officer didn’t beat up anyone. Even the short clip he’s released shows Miriam out of control and we know Miriam Yaniv isn’t some sweet auld woman, she’s batshit crazy and very aggressive. The Yaniv’s are lying their heads off and the truth will come out. Johnny boy with the support of mummy dearest has been pushing his luck for years and they’ve finally gone too far.

Why did Miriam.slap her at the beginning of the video?
Those bruises look a few days old .If the first video is all the evidence Yanis has about ” police brutality”, hes screwed .

From those pictures and my experience with “tenderizing” those contusions are at least 2 – 3 days old with the blood clotting juz under the dermis, under the epidermis.

The reason Yaniv only released 15 seconds of the video was exactly this. Like most victims who aren’t 100% innocent they only show the part of the police being the bad guys. Social media is full of people playing victim and selling the narrative of being the victim. At this point how would anyone know that Crown prosecutors will seek maximum time; I thought sentencing hearings are when the time to be served is decided, not before a guilty verdicts or at least negotiated guilty pleas. In Canada it takes a sentence of two years or over to get federal time. Not having seen the parking lot Ileana fiasco I can’t comment on what she could be charged and convicted of. Having seen only trusted nerds video; Would Miriam get two years? Both Miriam and Iliana at their advanced age, health problems, mental issues have many mitigating factors. Would they get a sentence of two years?
Doxing an RCMP officer is batsh1t crazy. Look for lots of traffic stops, increased scrutiny on court documents for fraud( income lost vs. Lack of income on filing). Break out the popcorn, the show is about to get interesting.

My many years of watching police procedural dramas is making me very suspicious of his Aunt Ilana’s injuries, especially those on her hands. They look more like damage that is caused by punching, not a defensive move, now my psychic senses tell me it could be that JYS decided to chimp out once they’d gotten home post court appearance, and having taken a Heath Ledger cocktail chased by $3 wine, jelly shots and mouthwash/toilet duck and feeling like the dark overlord of Langley decided to play dodgeball between Mama Y’s ribs and JYS’ fists due to some perceived slight probably being attributed to JYD failing to gain legal ground and Mama Y eating the last cubic fucktonne of bacon over which there had already been territorial skirmishes. That or Mama Y refused to wax her daughter’s flaccid, slightly gangrenous ballbag while she was down there trying to change the long suffering crotch dressing. Flying to her sister’s aid, Ilana deftly springs across the room, fists flying, landing blow after Rocky style blow until JYS drops a chewed and slimy but still alive Mama Y out of their mouth. It’s obvious to any forensic drama fan that proper professionals would also muse over the possibility that the grazes on Ilana’s knuckles are from JYS’ abrasive coating made entirely from bodily secretions.
The reason why Ilana is in bed in some images is because JYS really made Ilana have bottom surgery which is why the second cameraman theory in some of the photos is probably correct.
That or Auntie Ilana punched the wall a few times to ensure injury for sad face photos and make the most of the bruises her niece had given her from their brawling. I’d say oh to be a fly on the wall in that household, but JYS beat me to it and shares the footage of every room including the bathroom with anyone ghoulish enough to follow this dumpster fire of antics.
You know what gets me is how eerily calm Miriam and her sister are videotaping the bruises when Miriamm usually goes maniac which makes it all very suspicious and then the calm way the aunt looks at the camera at the end of the videotape? Weird for two elderly women supposedly traumatized from being beaten by the police when the one is always on a tirade and screaming and maniac. Alo the bruises aren’t fresh at all. Also I agree with another posters theory that Jessicka has drained her mother’s pocketbook dry and now they are both working on the aunt for more cash. It all stinks like another set up lawsuit from the family of drifters. Not very convincing.
